Terms of service.
This Agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Waters Mobile Detailing (hereafter referred to as “Waters Mobile Detailing”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service, you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification by you. By using the services of Waters Mobile Detailing, you hereby agree to the following terms:
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Any personal items left in the vehicle will be placed in a bag and left in the vehicle. If you would like any compartments, center consoles, glove boxes, under seat storage or under floor storage areas cleaned, please empty them out and leave them open at the time of your appointment.
I hereby understand and agree that Waters Mobile Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable upholstery stains, irreversible paint defects, etc.)
I hereby release Waters Mobile Detailing from any liability for any damage or incidental, visible or otherwise, that occurred prior to the vehicle being submitted for services.
I hereby authorize Waters Mobile Detailing to operate submitted vehicle for the purpose of delivery, service, or any other reasons deemed necessary at my risk.
I hereby certify that I am the registered owner of the vehicle submitted to Waters Mobile Detailing, and/or have authority bu the registered owner(s) to submit vehicle to Waters Mobile Detailing
I hereby agree that Waters Mobile Detailing shall not be held responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
I hereby authorize Waters Mobile Detailing to capture photos and/or videos of submitted vehicle for promotional purposes, excluding the vehicle’s license plate number and vehicle identification number.
Ideminfication, herein after referred to as “client” agrees to and shall idemnify, hold harmless, and defend Waters Mobile Detailing, its agents and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits and liability of every kind, including all expenses of litigation, court costs, and attorney’s fees, for all claims and suits, including claims and suits for injury to or death of any person, or for damage to any property, arising out of or in connection with the work done under this agreement, whether or not cause in whole or in part by the negligence of Waters Mobile Detailing, its agents, or employees. It is the expressed intention of the parties hereto, both the client and Waters Mobile Detailing from the consequences of any action of any nature whatsoever, and the client hereto expressly waives any claims agains Waters Mobile Detailing of any nature that might have been a contributing factor to the events and circumstances which might have led up to the injury of person or property damages or other events.
Booking Terms & Conditions
We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking. Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.
Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.
Waters Mobile Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with the technician.
Waters Mobile Detailing or its staff do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
All orders placed require address and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of Waters Mobile Detailing.
Waters Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Waters Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing.
Waters Mobile Detailing will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
Communications
We will send you email and SMS text messages to confirm your service request and conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed.
When your service request is received, your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle information will be saved to our database.
We may call you directly regarding your scheduled service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.
All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
Our Service Terms & Conditions
We must have permission to hold a debit or credit card to secure a regular booking, and we will charge the card after each visit.
We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning, and the booking has not been canceled in advance (see cancellation policy)
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
Failure to provide 48 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to take full payment if a booking is canceled on the day of your appointment without prior agreement.
We reserve the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but, wherever possible, will let the customer know.
Waters Mobile Detailing reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in a loss of your deposit fee.
Service Guarantee
Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
Some issues may require services beyond those you initially requested. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.
Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by Waters Mobile Detailing are covered under our service guarantee. Any services not authorized by Waters Mobile Detailing are at the customer's own risk.
Payment is due at the time of booking your service.
Providing Feedback and Photos
We ask for your feedback. Please contact us and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad.
We also carry the right at the discretion of Waters Mobile Detailing to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish them on our website or social media.
Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.
Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.
The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damage, or other issues may apply.
Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.
Any balances for services ordered are due at the time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.
In the event the redeemer is not covered by the Waters Mobile Detailing network, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Agreement
I HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFFLINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, OR IN PERSON, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE WATERS MOBILE DETAILING AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, STAFF, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST WATERS MOBILE DETAILING FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
